Can we connect the phonegap api application with clean source code (obj-C)

I am doing a project. The first page should be the page of the webpage r 'phonegap api' html.

when the perticular link r button is pressed, it should be transferred to your own application, pure obj C, Pure native App (with view controllers, table views, etc.).

Is it possible to link an html page with pure native code? If so, plz tell me how?
