Where can I get a PHP / MYSQL chat application

My question is the development of this: PHP / MYSQL AJAX Chat

I have 100 chats that I need to do. Is there a php / mysql based chat system that would do something like this?

phpFreeChat is mentioned, but from what I understand, I need to (manually) download and install the application 100 times in different folders in order to use this. This obviously won't work.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Ideally, the chat room will be a push-based system or any that does not make too many calls on the server.
