FroYo market cupcake (application not shown to some people or listed on appbrain)

After reading another question, explaining to enable apps2sd, I have to change the goal of Android to 2.2, keep minsdk in 4 and add installpref to the manifest - this works fine. However, after downloading this update, I noticed that my sales fell, and free downloads. My brother in Japan can no longer see my application! My question is: how can I save my application in the international market and use the froyos SDK?
