Library Feedback - for C ++

Question

I wrote a new library with an idea in which I feel quite original. I am looking for general feedback on this and have decided that I can obey Boost. No matter rejected or accepted, I get some feedback. But I checked the Boost site, and this is seriously secret, the entire mailing list is completely impenetrable.

Are there any other library aggregation sites to submit to, or is it just Boost?
