Missing GCC 4.2 Settings on the Project Information / Build Tab in Xcode 3.2.5

I have two very similar iPhone application projects open side by side, and on the Project Data Collection tab I have a bunch of GCC 4.2 options sections (between versions and the Builder XIB Compiler - Options interface) in one of the projects, but not the others .

I checked all the parameters that I can find to make sure that they match and that the correct base SDK is selected, but I can’t understand why this will not be displayed in one project and not in another.

Anyone have suggestions for verification?
