How to scale HDMI output in Android

I am an Android developer and I am working on a project in a top box. I want to be able to change the width and height of the display. Because, on some TVs that I use with our box and HDMI cable, the display is larger than the TV panel. It doesn’t look very good. I want to develop an application that allows users to resize the display. How can i do this? I am waiting for your help.

I am not an expert on AB, so take what I say lightly.

It sounds like your TV is skipping. If your android displays 720p or 1080p, the TV should not do this. Check some settings on the TV to make sure it is not trying to automatically adjust the image size.

It may also happen that Android refuses to output anything but 1080p, and your TV cannot handle it, and thus tries to show what it is. I found that most TVs simply refuse to work with permissions that they cannot handle, but yours may be different.

I would like you to have a sw piece to fix this. Actually you need to fix this too. My X5A is also rescaled. You cannot enjoy the HDMI output in this way.
