Down for the service page?

I want to create a page down for maintenance in asp.net mvc, so regardless of the request, it will point to "Home / Down"

What router configurations do I need to install in the global.cs file?

You can use the file App_Offline.htm . Just upload an html file with this name to the route of your ASP.NET application, and all requests will be directed to it. When you are ready to send your site back, just delete the file. There, small gotcha you should know when using a App_Offline.htmfile with an ASP.NET MVC application.
