What does this CSS property mean: text-indent: -1e + 7px;

Can any body explain this CSS property, please?

text-indent: -1e+7px;

This means that 1 time 10 at a power of 7 or -10,000,000. Effectively hiding the text from the view, moving it 10 million pixels from the screen. As David Dorward noted, this may be the result of some error converting the number of automated tools, but can also be done manually as a reduction for a huge amount.
