Can I use WindowBuilder (the Java visual editor Eclipse) without GWT support?

Can I use WindowBuilder (Java Eclipse visual editor) without Google Web Toolkit (GWT) support ?

I'm a little confused. It seems to be integrated with GWT to create Google web applications.

But can I use it to create a GUI for standard Java applications (like NetBeans )?

I know this sounds silly, but I spend a lot of time to find out if this is possible or not, but I did not know.

Please note that I'm a Mac user, (WindowBuilder on Mac does not seem to be fully supported).

Installing WindowBuilder is not all the necessary plugins. You also need to install plugins eRPC, Swing, SWT Designer. For example, here: http://download.eclipse.org/windowbuilder/WB/release/R201106211200/3.7/

It helps for me.
