Apache and node on the same ips server backup?

I am trying to install nodejs and apache on the same server as follows:

Step 2 says:

From the WHM cPanel, find the Service Setup menu item, select Apache Configuration, and then click Reserved IP Address Editor.

I do not have cPanel. What is the equivalent manual configuration?

Is it enough to edit your httpd.conf and edit the following line:

Listen a.b.c.d:80
