Can openCV be used to compare two faces in two different images?

Question

I am very new to openCV, I saw that he can understand the face and return a rectangle to indicate the face. I am wondering if in any case there is openCV to access the two images that the same face contains, and I expect openCV to return the possibility that the two people are the same.

OpenCV does not provide a full face recognition mechanism.
