Holistic tutorial or book for jQuery MVC

Question

I am already familiar with javascript, but I am looking for a holistic tutorial or book that will teach me, from the very beginning, how to create interfaces with the mvc design pattern.

It should use either backbone.js or the javascriptmvc framework.

Any suggestions? Thank.
