WPF Crop and resize images without losing the original image

Question

I am trying to create a WPF control that visits and resizes an image through adorners without losing the original image, i.e. After cropping, it should be possible to return the original by changing the steps, and the cropped image should also be resized.

Seems unable to find a viable solution.

Any bright ideas? Just need a general approach.
