Getting "Unknown iOS Detected" every time in Xcode Organizer when you connect an iOS 4.2.1 device

Question

I get the same screen every time I connect my device to a Mac.

This thing started when I installed iOS 4.2.1 on my iPhone.

It takes a few minutes to recognize the device when connected to a Mac.

What could be a permanent fix?

The version of my iOS SDK is 4.2.1, and the version of My Xcode is 3.2.5.
