WPF 2d Text Library

Question

I am looking for a WPF library for 2d vector graphics.

Mandatory Functions

API for:

• drawing forms
• editing forms
• shape selection

Additional functions:

• the ability to save the image in a binary file and load the image from such a file (the format does not matter)
• own editor that has a user interface for creating and editing shapes and which can be integrated into the application (WPF control or external application)

Both free and commercial libraries are allowed.

PS In extreme cases, WinFroms libraries are acceptable.
