Add a view constraint in SQL Server 2000

Is it possible / practical to add a constraint to the view (i.e. primary key or index)?

I am using SQL Server 2000, and the view queries multiple tables in two databases.

I know how to add a constraint to tables that host / build a view. These indexes are. They simply do not tolerate this point of view.

Thought? Ideas? Suggestions?

Thank.

If your views do not violate any of the long list of requirements, you can create a clustered index in your view in SQL Server 2000 and thereby speed up the queries quite a bit.

Cm:

- , - , .

, , . ? ( ) ? ? , , - " " ?
