How to make .gg video for HTML5

Question

I am trying to post a video on my website, but I read that it must be .ogg for the video to work with firefox. I use Adobe After effects CS5, but I don’t know how to make a .ogg video, and I can’t find a suitable converter, and I can’t get HTML5 to accept my .mp4 video
