Error installing Xcode 3.2.5 with iOS SDk 4.2

I upgrade Xcode to 3.2.5 from 3.2.4 along with iOS SDK 4.2.

I keep getting the following error message at the end of the installation:

"failed to create software for creating contact programs.

See attached screenshot for details.

Can you suggest what needs to be done?

roll up date to 1/1/2012. It was just the same problem, and that allowed her to finish!
