WP7 PanoramaItem with icon / button next to title

The Windows Phone 7 People console has an "all" panorama with a "search" and "new" buttons next to the title / title.

I cannot do this using PanoramaItem in Visual Studio using the standard Panorama control. I don’t know enough Silverlight / WPF to be able to position something manually and properly manage transitions / movements.

How can I set a button (or any object, for that matter) to go along with the wp7 PanoramaItem header?

Thank!
