Iphone / Ipad emulator for windows

I want to get flexibility with Sencha Touch. I write my codes well and browse through Google Chrome, but I am looking for an iPad simulator / emulator and Iphone for Windows. I want to see and feel my codes on the iPad and iPhone. Is there any simulator / emulator for windows?

EDIT: There is no emulator or simulator in Windows. However, PhoneGap is available on Mac OS and has really improved significantly in a few months. If you are using Mac OS and need something similar, I highly recommend PhoneGap. If you need this tool on Windows, there may be no other way to install Mac OS on a virtual machine on Windows.

I think you can think of Simulator PhoneGap. This is an Adobe Air application, so it will work for anything, and although it is designed for use with the Phonegap hybrid wireframe platform, you can put any URL in the application. This is useful for debugging web applications, but it may not be suitable for your needs.

Alas, they do not have a device profile for the iPad.
