Why does RubyMine 2.0.2 launch Webrick on different ports every time I launch / debug my application?

Every time I run my Rails 2.3.8 webapp under RubyMine, it uses a different port. This drives me crazy, since I have to change the URL in the browser every time I want to check something. I cannot find any configuration option to change this. Is anyone

This may not help, because I use RubyMine 3, however, my toolbar has a drop-down menu to select various development environments (for example, production, development).
