Outlook - 0 × 8004010F Error accessing the installed mailbox

0 × 8004010F An error occurs when one user accesses the mailbox of another connected user in Outlook. What could be the possible resolution for this, in addition to disabling the exchange caching mode? VSTO is used, and the implementation is done in C #.

The problem was how we processed the COM object. Suddenly, we created a COM object that is shared by Outlook, zero in exceptional cases. I fixed it.
