I can not enable RelayCommands

I wanted to enable RelayCommands. I wanted to create an assembly for System.Windows.Input to use ICommands, but the assembly is not available? What is wrong there? Did I install the .NET client profile advanced? Not available in these packages?

System.Windows.Inputis in assembly PresentationCore. Just browse the type object explorer and see what assembly it is in. (Click the namespace and you will see it).
