Is a Windows Phone 7 caching web request in progress?

On Windows Phone 7 Do calls WebClientand HttpWebRequestthe caching system cause, or are they ALWAYS pulled from the Internet?

Also, if I use <Image Source="http://www.images.com/someimage.jpg"/>, is there an image cache or does it retrieve from the Internet all the time when the application loads?

HI Jamey,

The WebClient and HttpWebRequest URLs are cached, which causes problems when getting the same URL, but for fresh results. One way is to do something unique in the query string.

Images are not cached, which encourages people to develop solutions for this.
