Ok where should I create dynamic controls

Looking through the many controls in the reflector, mainly tele-control, I always thought it was right, but so many people say that they should be created in Init.

Should I continue to use CreateChildControls or initiate the correct path ... Why does this seem so confusing.

In truth, they both do the same thing. If you develop management tools for your organization, then its inclusion in init will be very good (how it will work in it, even if its "technically this place should be"), but MS has created a method in which they expect it.
