Software Licensed Web Application

Question

We are now creating a web application for the client, and they asked how to get the code for the site. We would like to provide the client with a license agreement to use the code if for any reason we are no longer working on a project. We would like to have ownership of the code, but we allow them to use it wherever they see fit, the only restriction that we would like to receive is the sale of the code. This is a company with several employees and will use the application only in its company.
