Fix invalid child element in WCF RIA with SOAP endpoint

Question

Is there anyway to fix the warning that the Visual Studio flags when trying to add a SOAP endpoint to the WCF RIA service?

The element 'system.serviceModel' has invalid child element 'domainServices'

I found one blog post, Silverlight forums , but the only "answer" in it just talks about editing Visual Studio DotNetConfig.xsd, and not really what to do
