Javascript fully generated user interface?

Question

I am trying to find a way to improve the user interface.

I was looking for a demo of extJs and it looks very impressive: http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/dev/examples/desktop/desktop.html

But I'm not sure if I can use it in a commercial project that will not be distributed, only for serving pages.

Do you know any other js UI structure of this type?

Is there any other structure that I should look at?
