NameError: uninitialized constant in a Rails application when testing with RSpec and Spork

I am trying to run my tests in my first Rails application using the following command in a terminal:

I can run the site in a browser, and "Spork is ready and listening", which makes me think that there is a problem with the Gems I'm working with, RSpec, Spork or ... something?
