Extract video from SWF file

Question

I want to extract a video from a swf file and make a video from it for upload to youtube (I lost origianl videos).

SWF was created with a flash of 5-8 (not sure which one. How can I check if this is significant?).

When I looked at the source (I do not have fla) with Sothink SWF Quicker, I could export sound, but not video.

I saw that the video was without sound (strange but true).

can anyone help?
