Texniccenter shortcut for user team

Is there a chance to insert a "user command" in texniccenter shortcut?

I want to insert a "user command", but all I found in the context menu was to edit the shortcuts by shortcut. Even in the new version of Alpha, I did not find a hint on how to do this.

Does anyone have an idea?

Go to the "Insert" menu, then under "Own Text Modules" select "Management". You can add your own and then add your own text modules to the shortcuts.
