I am currently a university student in a 12-month internship before returning to university for the last year. My questions are: how useful would it be to create a portfolio of home projects that could be used to support CV for this firsrt graduation? Are there any employers who have any thoughts on this, as well as on what level of work should be manifested? I am thinking about going down this route to stand out among many other candidates. As a mature graduate (34 years old when I graduate), I think that any minor avant-garde is a must.
