Obtaining intent when loading a browser

Question

I am writing a software update application that (among other things) does the following:

When I find the image I want to download, I pass the intent ACTION_VIEWfor the Browser application. The browser starts the download, and when it finishes, I see a message about the completion of the download in the notification panel.

Now I am faced with the following problem: I want to get the intention when the download is complete.

Can anyone help?

Why don't you upload the image directly directly using HttpClient?
