How to install freeimage.dll on Windows?

How to register / install freeimage.dll on my computer running Windows XP? I downloaded the library and open my command shell by pointing to the freeimage folder. I launched regsvr32, but the library will not be installed.

Just copy it to a local or window / system directory, only ActiveX and COM servers will need regsvr32.
