Help stream video from IP camera in Android

Dear All: I’m making an application in which we can connect a wireless IP camera with an Android mobile phone, and then can receive images from an IP camera in my application please direct me through any tutorial on how to connect to external equipment or to IP cameras via the Android application please check me through the code snippet or any tutorial .. to connect my Android with the IP camera

Most streams of IP cameras using MJPEG (Motion JPEG), you will need to create a jpeg motion decoder (its simple, check these sources http://www.charliemouse.com/code/cambozola/ )
