CQRS & ElasticSearch - Using ElasticSearch to Create a Reading Model

Does anyone use ElasticSearch to build a reading model in the CQRS approach? I have some questions related to this solution:

  • Where do you store your event domain? In the JDBC database? In ElasticSearch?
  • Do you create indexes with event handlers that handle domain events or use ElasticSearch River functions?
  • How do you deal with a complete overhaul of the view model - for example, if the view is damaged? Do you handle all events to reset the view?
