How to change the name of the Mac application in the build settings?

I am about to submit the application to the Mac App Store, however my application name conflicts with another application on their system. Therefore, I chose a different name, and I tried to change the name of my application by going to the assembly settings in the "Packaging" and "Product Name" sections. I cleared all goals and rebuilt the application, but the name displayed in the menu bar and bundle was old.

What am I missing? How to change the name of the application without re-creating another project?
