I am creating a test project in which I referenced a dll from some other project. When I create my test project, I see different dlls for the test project and the reference dll. I want to wrap both dll libraries in one dll.

Take a look at ILMerge:

With ILMerge, you can combine a bunch of assemblies by running the command:

ilmerge/out:MergedAssembly.dll ProjectAssembly1.dll ProjectAssembly2.dll ProjectAssembly3.dll
