Poor image quality in application form windows (without AA)

Question

I have a Windows Forms application in which I created a UserControl consisting of two buttons and one shortcut. Buttons have png with a transparent background.

If I look at UserControl in the Windows Forms Designer, it looks great. However, if I lower the UserControl onto the form, it no longer has smooth edges.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
