Does anyone know where and how I can install the VMWare Visual Studio plugin?

I read several blogs about this VMware Visual Studio plugin, which supposedly came out since VS 2005. But I can’t find any links on how to install, activate, enable, etc.

I am using VS2010, but also looked in 2008. I am new to VS to get started.

From the installation guide:

If Visual Studio is already installed on your host, the VMware workstation installer must also install the Integrated Virtual Debugger.
