Change comment title in my wp template

Question

Ok, I have a website and you want to change the “Leave Reply” line at the bottom of the page. This is a Wordpress template, and I scanned the entire page to find where this line is. I finished the function get_the_title()inside wp-incledes. I looked inside the comment field in wp-admin and there is no such line.
