InnoSetup Cannot Find My Documents in Win XP Installed on Mac Parallels

I am stuck trying to help the user install our software. Our software configuration is distributed using InnoSetup and it installs it on Mac Pro with Parallels and Windows XP. During installation, InnoSetup does not work:

Internal error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "userdocs"

In InnoSetup folders, {userdocs} to My Documents folder, and since InnoSetup is written in Delphi, I assume that it uses CSIDL_Personal or CSIDL_MYDOCUMENTS to retrieve this folder, but I don’t know how to fix these locations.

Has anyone come across this before? If so, do you know how to fix this?

To solve such problems on XP, use TweakUI from XP PowerToys.
