ViEmu & Resharper: how to "repeat"

I am trying ViEmu with Visual Studio 2010 and R #. In Vim, I use ctrl-r to repeat, but in ViEmu and VS ctrl-r does not work. The status bar says "Waiting for a second chord key." I guess this is for shortcuts like R # Rename (Ctrl-r, r)

Is there a way to enable ctrl-r as a repeat for viemu while keeping (Ctrl-r, *) shortcuts for resharper?

One way is to simply type ": red [o]" ("o" is optional) as usual. Otherwise, you can fix the display of Ctrl-R. I believe that you can configure the mappings in some kind of vimrc file like Viemu, and then just map: red to what you want.

I would not want this, it seems they are in conflict.
