How to access models in PagesController - or how to create a dashboard using CakePHP

I have an order and catalog processing system created in CakePHP. He manages orders, products, packages, invoices, etc. (Everything you need for an e-commerce store is basically).

Now I want to make a “panel” -type page that will show recent orders, products that need to be updated, recent reviews, etc. I was about to create a page for PagesController, but I did not know how to access the models in PagesController.

Is there a way to access multiple unattached models on the same page?
