What is the icicle option for Android?
I saw the term “frozen icicle” used in several places in the Android API documentation, but I have never seen explain it anywhere . What is a frozen icicle? At first I thought that this means that triangles are used when choosing text, but now I wonder if it has anything to do with the state of the saved instance.
