SoapFault Unauthorized - Connecting to Purolator Web Services

Question

When I try to call an external web service, I get intermittent error messages "Unauthorized". When I get this message, if I constantly reload the page, it will eventually work.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Do you think this is a server problem? I'm a little surprised if this is a poorly balanced server or something like that.

The web service is called via HTTPS.
