How can I compile my Windows program into a single Linux file that works with Wine?

Just today I checked my ubuntu with installing wine in it,

Delphi from 3 to 7 worked fine (Rad studios did not work because they used .net scraps). But the whole application I worked with works fine !!!!! And I heard that it also works well on Mac with WineBottler

Is it possible to create a linux executable for headers and put a vcl application in it and add wine materials to it and distribute them as one executable (.bin)
