How to compare two sounds in C # ....?

I am making a dictionary for desktop computers that makes sense with the pronunciation of the sound, and the user can also record their pronunciation in .wav format ..... and the application will tell him how the prefect he is in his pronunciation .......! I want to know if there is a way that could help me compare the audio file in .wav format ....? * Not the size actually, but a skip ..... * I am using visual studio 2008

You do not want to compare it in .wav format. Make an FFT and compare the spectrograms .
