Download the .NET assembly with minimal trust

I load the external assembly at runtime, i.e. Assembly.LoadFile (). Is there a way to specify a different (lower) level of trust for a dynamically loading assembly?

How about uploading it to a different application domain and then sanding it in a box ? See What domains are the applications used for?
