How to write a Java program to send a signal from a PC to a TV through a coaxial cable?

I have a PC with a TV card, it connects to the antenna through a coaxial cable, so there is a coaxial cable connector on the back of the PC, the PC is in the basement. 60 feet apart in the living room above there is a large-screen TV, the only way I can imagine to transfer the signal from the PC to the TV is through an existing coaxial cable that extends from the basement to the TV, so I wonder if way to write a java program to send television signals to a tv via coaxial cable? Here you need to specify a few points:

  • I was thinking about HDMI, but no HDMI line can be 60 feet long.
  • Unable to move the PC closer to the TV.
  • Do not want to buy additional equipment for signal transmission from PC to TV.
  • I know that the coaxial cable connector on the back of the PC is designed to receive an antenna signal not for use at the output. I am trying to use it to output a signal.

Is this doable? If so, where can I find sample Java code?

Edit: this is just a technical challenge to see how far I can go with Java on the software side, such as bending the intellectual muscle. An attempt to send information about streams of Internet video from a PC to a TV via a coaxial cable between them.
